return policy Due to the nature of my products, I cannot
allow returns on any items that have been personalized. I will however, do my best to accommodate you if you are not completely satisfied with your order! Any non-personalized items may be returned within 10 days of the shipping date. Only items returned in unused and unworn condition will be considered for a full refund. Please make sure that you double check spelling before placing your order, refunds will not be given on any personlized/monogrammed items unless an error was made on the part of Kerri's Kreations or the item is deemed defective after inspection.
shipping policy Always free shipping on all orders over $150.00! Each item is made to order with your exact specifications, and is usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within 10-14 days. Rush orders are available with prior communication, for an additional fee. Larger orders may require additional time, in which case, you will be contacted with an approximate ship date. I do my best to remain in constant contact with you regarding your order.
payment information At this time, I only accept credit card payments through Paypal. I will accept personal check payments by mail on orders less than $30.00, however, your order will not be STARTED until your check clears the bank (there will be a $20.00 fee on all returned checks). You MUST contact me by email through our "Contact Us" page BEFORE placing your order if you plan on paying by check! Thank You.
